Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required withsome in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Critical Care Float Poolexperience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.
• 3 monthsof experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Washington license orcompact license (required for submission).
• This role will requirefloating to multiple units
• COVID vaccination required aftersubmission.

• Post-op CABG(10/wk.

), Esophajectomy, TAVR (3/wk.), AAArepair, Thoracic and Vascular surgeries, Post arrest.

PatientRatios:

1:1 if CRRT, Hypothermic treatment, or balloon pump 1:2normal ratios Skills required: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, Chesttubes, Lumbar drains, Vent Management, Invasive Line management(A-line, CVP, Swann) External Pacemakers, Bipap, Abdominal PressureMonitor, Trachs Vasoactive drips titration and Cardiac Drips Commontitration gtts are:

Propofol, Precedex, Fentanyl, Versed, Cardizem,Dopamine, Dobutamine, Nicardapine, Levophed, Epi Charting System:

Epic (if they have experience in Cerner, candidate should be ok).

Scheduling:

Must work every other weekend. Could float to CCU orother ICU level units. Must work at least 2 or 3 upcoming holidays(only applicable during holiday season). If requesting time off,must be willing to add to the end of the assignment.

Orientation:

Two days of general hospital orientation. One full shift on theunit

• 4 hrs on each of the three units.

Traveler TelemetryCompetency Required. Required to be completed and passed prior tostart. SimpliFi Compliance is responsible for grading this exam.

Scrubs:

Any color except black because CNA wears black. 7 daysmaximum time off 2 references from last 12 months(Manager/Supervisor reference type)

• 1 required for submissionProof of identification required
