Responsibilities:

Plan and implement nursing care, administermedication, and obtain specimens for testing. Collaborate inmultidisciplinary treatment, assist with procedures, and preparerecords. Provide ongoing patient assessments, interventions, andrecord progress. Document all nursing activities in medicalrecords, including assessments and education. Ensure a safetherapeutic environment, maintain order, and supervise patientconduct.
