Job Description
1. Conduct COVID test (PCR and/or Serology)
2. Participate in COVID-Task force meetings and training
3. Able to label, collect, and process employees’ specimen to ensure accurate test results
4. Complete visits and accurate documentations of visits and place an order on electronic health records (EPIC/Cerner)
5. Enter data on electronic health records
6. Create and complete accurate documentations/Excel/Google spreadsheets
7. Generate reports and distribute them in a timely manner
8. Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities
9. Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations
10 Review Annual Physicals submitted by staff
11 Evaluate and Triage staff that report to OHS with sickness or injuries and report to appropriate entities
12 Offer and administer influenza and other vaccines offered by Facility
13 Perform Fit Testing on all staff
14 Participate in Hand Hygiene training and monitoring of Staff
15 Supervise OHS staff
16 Help ICP with DOH required reporting as needed Minimum Qualifications 1. A valid New York State license and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State; and
2. Holds, or obtains through facility orientation, a valid and current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA); and
