• 170,000 + comprehensive union benefits A top-tier hospital in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its Cardiothoracic Surgery Step Down and CTICU team .

This is a high-impact role for an advanced practice provider passionate about delivering critical care to post-operative cardiothoracic patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex patient care in CTICU and step-down settings Perform assessments, interpret diagnostics, and implement treatment plans Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care Educate patients and families on post-surgical recovery Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program NYS NP license and current certification (ANCC or AANP) 3-5 years of RN experience in ICU, CCU, or cardiothoracic step-down Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
