This is a permanent opportunity, but there is flexibility for this to be a long-term locums (6-12 months) opportunity as well.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday – 9 am – 5 pm

Full-time:

35-40 hours a week Must be comfortable working with adults with varying patient diagnoses and going out into the community alone Must be able to practice independently (all 3600 collaborating physician hours completed) Must be licensed in NY, have

DEA, ANCC

certifies, and be enrolled in NYS Medicaid, Medicare, and PECOs Base salary starts at $165,000 a year If interested in being a locum provider, hourly rate starts at $70/hr
