Job Function :

Night Shift. 3×12. Categorizes patients based on appropriate clinical classification. Applies and interprets external fetal monitoring, including heart tracings and uterine activity. Implements timely interventions based on fetal heart rate patterns and maternal status. Identifies and responds to emergency situations, notifying the provider as appropriate. Assists physicians or midwives during deliveries, ensuring safe and efficient care.

Job Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. 2 years of acute care experience in the relevant specialty. BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association. Fetal Monitoring Certification preferred. 1 year of experience in PICU or NICU care preferred.
