Rochester, NY Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled ER Nurse to join our fast-paced emergency unit , providing critical care to patients in an acute hospital environment . This role requires quick thinking, strong clinical judgment, and teamwork , ensuring efficient emergency response and patient treatment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver urgent and life-saving care to patients in an ER setting. Assess, triage, and stabilize patients with varying acuity levels . Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop rapid treatment plans. Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced interventions as needed. Maintain comprehensive patient documentation and compliance with protocols .

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license required . Experience in ER nursing preferred . Ability to work night shifts (3×12-Hour, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) . Proficiency in Epic charting system . Comfortable wearing any combination of navy and white scrubs .
