Provide pediatric care in a Level I nursery alongside a highly skilled team of OB/GYNs, nurses, and pediatric nurse practitioners.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide pediatric coverage for the Level I nursery at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital+ Attend deliveries and perform newborn assessments+ Collaborate with OB and nursing teams to ensure optimal newborn outcomes+ Support and supervise pediatric nurse practitioners and allied health professionals+ Contribute to quality and safety initiatives, ensuring family-centered care??

Qualifications:

+ Medical Degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution+ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics+ Active NYS medical license (or ability to obtain)+ Experience in newborn nursery care and delivery attendance required+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills+ Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care?? $150,000.00•$200,000.00The listed base pay range represents a good faith estimate for a full-time applicant. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, specialty, location, and other factors. Additional pay components may also apply.
