Nights Travel:

20 hr /55 OT/1486 stipend = $2,206 weekly gross 2 yrs experience in the same setting. BLS AHA and Epic experience required

Job Duties:

• Assessing, observing, and speaking to patients
• Recording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health
• Preparing patients for exams and treatments
• Administering medications and treatments, then monitoring patients for side effects and reactions
• Creating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans with medical team
• Performing wound care, such as cleaning and bandaging them
• Assisting in medical procedures as needed
• Drawing blood, urine samples, and other body fluids for lab work
• Educating patients and family members on treatment and care plans, as well as answering their questions
• Supervising licensed practical and vocational nurses, nursing assistants, and nursing students
• Entering proper documentation into facility specific EMR computer systems
• Maintains work operations by following facility policies and procedures
• Follow all departmental policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
• Maintain strict resident and employee confidentiality in compliance with HIPPAA guidelines
• Represent GLC’s Core Values and Mission with complete regard for the dignity of each person
