PM Guaranteed Hours:

40 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate:

$2,000 $2,200

Key Responsibilities:

Perform hemodialysis procedures including setup, initiation, monitoring, and discontinuation. Assess and document patient responses to dialysis and make necessary adjustments. Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies. Monitor vascular access and respond to any complications. Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and home care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation per company and regulatory standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control practices. Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, social workers, and other RNs to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License-New York State (Required). Dialysis Experience (Required). Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
