Pay Details:

Job Overview :

As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN), you will provide critical and trauma-informed care to patients presenting with urgent medical needs. You will work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment serving both adult and pediatric patients. Your role will include advanced monitoring, medication administration, and coordination with emergency medical teams to deliver timely, life-saving care.

Key Responsibilities:

Triage and assess patients in emergency situations Administer medications, including IV therapies and continuous sedation Monitor and document vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and cardiac rhythms Manage arterial lines, central lines, and blood product administration Provide respiratory care (CPAP, BiPAP, ventilators) Respond to trauma cases including gunshot wounds, amputations, and spinal cord injuries Support stroke, STEMI, and neuro-trauma protocols Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other care team members Maintain infection control, isolation precautions, and hygiene standards Accurately document all nursing interventions and changes in patient condition

Certification and Licensure Requirement:

• Active New York RN License
• Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
