Job Function:

Day Shift

• Evening Shift
• Night Shift.

3×12. Deliver patient care using the principles of Relationship Centered Care and the nursing process, grounded in theory, research, evidence-based practice, and organizational standards. Assess and evaluate patient needs, applying critical thinking to ensure effective care management. Integrate assessment and intervention skills into the delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care. Prioritize all aspects of care, including teaching, rounding, coaching, discharge planning, and appropriate delegation.

Job Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of New York. 2 years of acute ICU/CCU Stepdown experience required; ICU/CCU background strongly preferred but not mandatory. Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications from the American Heart Association required.
