36 – 48hrs/week Pay rate: $60 – $80/hr Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and be committed to providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and memory care environments. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in patient assessment, treatment planning, and the execution of care protocols. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify health needs and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Perform venipuncture and manage intravenous (IV) therapy for patients as required. Assist in discharge planning by educating patients and families on post-discharge care and resources. Implement pain management strategies tailored to individual patient needs. Provide care for patients requiring dialysis and support those with airway management needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain sterile processing techniques to prevent infection and ensure patient safety. Document all nursing interventions accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
