Nights (3×12-Hour Shifts; 7:00 PM•7:00 AM)

Guaranteed Hours:

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN)•PCU for a contract opportunity in Rochester, NY . The position is in a Medical Stepdown Unit , providing intermediate-level care to patients requiring continuous cardiac and respiratory monitoring. Night shift availability is required. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs with strong critical thinking skills and a passion for working in high-acuity environments.

Responsibilities:

Monitor patients in a progressive care setting requiring advanced cardiac and respiratory interventions Administer prescribed medications and treatments Document and assess patient progress and response to therapy Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate patient care plans Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR Support patients and families with education and updates on care

BLS•American Heart Association ACLS•

NIHSS Licensure:

Active New York State RN License or Compact RN License (eNLC)

Experience:
