Summary We are seeking a Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical to join our team at Medical Talent, LLC. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a medical/surgical setting, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients while supporting their recovery process. Your expertise will be vital in navigating the challenges of modern healthcare. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical unit, assessing and monitoring patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist with IV insertion and other clinical procedures as needed. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required. Proven experience as a nurse in a medical/surgical setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of medication administration and hospital protocols. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
