$72,072.00 -$74,229.26 The Registered Professional Nurse assesses, coordinates,plans, directs, implements and manages the needs of assignedpatients throughout the episode of care with a focus on progresstoward discharge, including during transitions within the acutecare stay. The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for thedelivery and coordination of patient care provided by thecaregiving team. S/he assures that competent, compassionate patientcare is uniformly provided to customers including referringfacilities, hospital staff and patients in the inpatient,ambulatory, and community settings. Hourly Min= $36.73 Hourly Max=$60.93

• Implements physician orders, administers medications,starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures and special tests, anddocument treatment as required by company policy andlocal/state/federal rules and regulations.
• Orders, interprets,and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients’conditions.
• Assesses and evaluates patient needs for, andresponses to, care rendered.
• Applies sound nursing judgment inpatient care management decisions.
• Provides primary and emergencycare for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administers over-the-counter and prescription medications asordered.
• Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan ofCare for all patients.
• Directs and guides ancillary personnel andmaintain standards of professional nursing.
