Summary We are seeking a Registered Nurse – Emergency Room to join our dynamic team at Medical Talent, LLC. In this critical role, you will provide high-quality care to patients in emergency situations, utilizing your skills in triage and acute pain management. Your contributions will directly impact patient outcomes and support our mission of enhancing healthcare services. Responsibilities Perform triage assessments to prioritize patient care in emergency situations. Administer IV infusions and medications as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options. Utilize laboratory results and diagnostic tests to inform clinical decisions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Proven experience in an emergency room or critical care setting preferred. Strong skills in triage, IV infusion, and acute pain management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with electronic health records systems such as Athenahealth is a plus.
