Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to,experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at thetime of the offer. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care inaccordance with established policies, procedures and protocols ofthe healthcare organization. Implement and monitor patient careplans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition asappropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines forwell-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician andnursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient’s discharge planningneeds with members of the healthcare team. Requirements Licensure /Certification /

Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month(30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. AmericanHeart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nursecredentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior tohire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from theWisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license ifconsidered multi-state/Compact State.

Education:

Diploma from anaccredited school/college of nursing OR Required professionallicensure at time of hire. Additional Preferences No additionalpreferences.
