Responsibilities Providedirect nursing care in accordance with established policies,procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implementand monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicatepatient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator ofall disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carryout physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient’sdischarge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements Licensure / Certification /

Registration:

BLS Providerobtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer daterequired. American Heart Association or American Red Crossaccepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board ofNursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home statelicense if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Education:

Diplomafrom an accredited school/college of nursing OR Requiredprofessional licensure at time of hire. Additional Preferences Noadditional preferences.
