Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to,experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at thetime of the offer. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care inaccordance with established policies, procedures and protocols ofthe healthcare organization. Implement and monitor patient careplans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition asappropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines forwell-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician andnursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient’s discharge planningneeds with members of the healthcare team. Requirements Licensure /Certification /

Registration:

Advanced Life Support obtained within6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLSProvider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or jobtransfer date required. American Heart Association or American RedCross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the WisconsinBoard of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer daterequired. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR currenthome state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing ORRequired professional licensure at time of hire.
