Job Overview:

We are currently seekingexperienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with a background in Maternaland Child Health to provide in-home nursing care to newborns,pediatric patients (up to 18 years old), and postpartum mothers.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care to newborns,children, and postpartum mothers in home settings Completeassessments, coordinate care plans, and provide education andsupport to families Document visits accurately using clinicalsystems Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensureholistic and continuous care Travel locally within Bronx Borough topatient homes Active New York State RN License/nAHA BLS (Basic LifeSupport)/nPALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required/n2 yearsof experience in MedSurg, Maternal and Child Care, Pediatrics, orCritical Care/nPrior experience in Maternal-Child Home HealthNursing highly preferred/n
