Job Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced registered nurses (RNs) with a background in Maternal and child health to provide in-home nursing care to newborns, pediatric patients (up to 18 years old), and postpartum mothers.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care to newborns, children, and postpartum mothers in home settings Complete assessments, coordinate care plans, and provide education and support to families Document visits accurately using clinical systems Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure holistic and continuous care Travel locally within Bronx Borough to patient homes

Required Qualifications:

Active New York State RN License AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required 2+ years of experience in MedSurg, Maternal and Child Care, Pediatrics, or Critical Care Prior experience in Maternal-Child Home Health Nursing highly preferred
