Travel As a neonatalnurse (RN NICU), you will care for premature and critically illnewborns. This will include infants with premature congenitaldisabilities, dangerous infections and other problems from birthuntil they are discharged. In addition to attending deliveries, youwill be helping to formulate care plans for treatment andparticipate in complex medical and technical procedures. You willbe a liaison with other members of the healthcare team and willteach parents about their baby’s condition, breastfeeding and helpwith other concerns they may have.
