- Day Flex Pediatric Neurology care at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital means tackling complex cases by utilizing technology to deliver quality centered patient care with a finely tuned collaborative team.
Across screening, diagnosis, treatment and care, our advanced practitioners drive the sharing of knowledge and best practices that makes life-changing differences for patients. The Advanced Practitioner for pediatric neurology is responsible for planning, evaluating, managing, and delivering patient centered care. You will be a vital member to the pediatrics team. Your direction and coordination will deeply impact the delivery of quality patient care to our patients on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. The schedule for this is Monday-Friday from 9a-5p. One day remote will be considered.
Preferred Criteria:
Previous RN or NP experience preferred Neurology experience preferred but not required Required Criteria Master’s Degree in Nursing with experience New York State Registered Nurse License and Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner License Board Certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
