3x12s/week (Every other weekend one 4th shift/month)

JobResponsibilities Include:

• Deliver relationship-centered,evidence-based care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate withinterdisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient careplans.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, transitions,and health promotion.
• Participate in bedside shift reports,hourly rounding, medication reviews, and discharge planning.
• Escalate safety or care concerns per hospital protocol.
• Accurately document in EPIC (preferred).
• Assist with charge nurseduties and throughput when needed.

Requirements:

• Active NYS RNLicense
• BSN Required
• Minimum 2 years Stepdown experience in ahospital setting
• Experience with vents and trachs required
• BLScertification (active)
• EPIC experience highly preferred
• TravelRN experience (minimum 1 year) preferred but not required
