Travel As amedical/surgical chemotherapy-certified oncology nurse (RNM/S-Onc), you will extend care to patients who are receivingchemotherapy treatment for cancer. This includes assessing theircondition, starting intravenous (IV) lines, administeringchemotherapy, changing dressings, monitoring vitals and documentingin patient charts. You’ll also provide moral support and educationto patients and families, promoting health, helping prevent diseaseand ensuring they have the tools to recover and prevent furtherhealth issues.
