DUTIES:

As a Registered Nurse (RN),Provide advice & support to the Residents and their familiesMonitoring Residents and administering medication and treatmentsDocuments Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept.records Protects Residents & staff by adhering to infection-controlpolicies & protocols Resolves Resident problems ≠eds byutilizing multidisciplinary team strategies Assures quality of careby adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of care MaintainsResident confidence by keeping information confidential

REQUIREMENTS
