$55 – $62/hr

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Med Surg and Telemetry units Accurately assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient tracking Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to promote optimal patient outcomes Float efficiently between various hospital units as needed Maintain a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for patients and families

Requirements:

2+ years of recent Med Surg experience Active NY State RN License Required BLS Required ACLS Required NIH Stroke Scale Certification Required Epic EMR experience
