Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU and documents travel experience. Current

AHA ACLS , BLS, NIHSS NURSYS

Report Licenses verification with

ACTIVE NY

License & ALL active RN licenses.

EMR Exp Required:

EPIC Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex Heart experience HIGHLY preferred

• Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi CTICU
• CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Surg/Trauma
• Trauma, Major post-op sx Specialty equipment used on unit:

IABP, CRRT

(PRISMA or NxStage) Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun)
