Heli-Pads Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Med/Surg/Tele Registered Nurses for night shift travel contracts. RNs will work in adult medical-surgical units, providing direct patient care in a high-acuity Level I Trauma setting.

Responsibilities include:

IV insertion and blood draws Continuous telemetry monitoring Comprehensive patient assessments EMR documentation (EPIC preferred) Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Adhering to infection control and hospital protocols

Requirements:

Active RN license in New York (unencumbered) BLS Certification (must be current or able to recertify before start) Minimum 1.5 years recent acute care experience (within the last 2 years) Experience in a hospital of equal or greater size, ideally a Level I or II Trauma Center

EPIC EMR

experience strongly preferred Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills Must pass pre-employment health clearance, drug screen, and criminal background check Must not have been subject to license suspension/investigation or named in a professional liability claim

Must be flexible with scheduling No excessive time off requests or fixed workday preferences will be accommodated Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
