$57.66/hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry RN to join our team at Trinity Health for a General Surgery Post-Op unit . This is a travel RN role requiring a commitment of 13 weeks with the potential for floating to other Med/Surg units to support staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document and communicate patient conditions effectively. Assist with discharge planning in collaboration with healthcare team members.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience . Prior general surgery and telemetry experience required. Travel nursing experience strongly preferred.
EPIC EHR
experience required. BLS certification required. Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday. No on-call requirements. Must reside 75+ miles outside of Syracuse, NY .
