Infusion Therapy Nurse CNY Infusion Services 333 Butternut Drive, De Witt, NY 13214
Position Overview:
As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will be at the forefront of delivering personalized, high-tech nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. If you are passionate about making a direct impact on patients’ health while building meaningful relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will be responsible for administering a variety of infusion medications, managing IV lines, and providing crucial patient education—all while working independently across the Central New York region. With an average of 3 visits per day, you’ll have the opportunity to offer truly personalized care that enhances your patients’ quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Administer infusion medications and therapies in patient homes, including but not limited to IV antibiotics, hydration, pain management, and Immune globulin. Manage and monitor IV lines and equipment to ensure patient safety and comfort. Educate patients and caregivers on the proper use of infusion equipment, potential side effects, and how to recognize and respond to complications. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and adjust care plans for each patient’s unique needs. Conduct assessments and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date medical records. Provide support and reassurance to patients and their families throughout the course of therapy.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State, with an Associate’s degree. Minimum of 1+ years of nursing experience Infusion therapy experience is preferred Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit patients in various locations across the Central New York region.

Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional on-call rotation Reliable transportation required, with mileage reimbursement provided Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health & dental insurance, 401K.
