Week Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients Monitor vitals and respond rapidly to changes in condition Administer medications and operate critical care equipment Collaborate with physicians and pediatric intensivists on care plans Document care and outcomes using

EPIC EMR

Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans Uphold safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards Adapt to dynamic and high-pressure clinical environments

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of recent PICU experience (within past 2 years) Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma Center required

EPIC EMR

experience preferred

Certifications:

Active NY State RN License BLS Certification (or eligible for renewal)
