OF CALL PERMONTH, WHICH MUST INCLUDE 1 FRIDAY, 1 SATURDAY AND 1 SUNDAY.RESPONSE TIME IS 1 HOUR FOR ENDO RN.

The Registered Nurse appliesknowledge of nursing theory, technical, and communication skills indelivering high quality compassionate care to patients andfamilies. The Registered Professional Nurse assesses patient need,develops a plan of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinaryteam, provides direct care, evaluates patient progress, andcoordinates the care delivery throughout the patient’s episode. TheEndo RN develops specialized skill in the area of patient admittedfor medical conditions. He/She provides care to adult, adolescent,and geriatric populations with medical conditions. The Endo RN isaccountable for patient family education to assist in understandingself care beyond hospitalization, including lifestyle changes tosupport health and healing. The Endo Registered Nurse is expectedto promote comfort and provide emotional support in a HealingEnvironment.
