Job Summary:

The Emergency Department RN deliverscompassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.

Responsible for rapid assessment, triage, and implementation ofemergency interventions for patients of all ages. The role requiresskilled use of invasive and non-invasive procedures, clearcommunication with patients/families, and collaboration withinterdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. The nurseeducates and prepares patients for ongoing care, promotes a healingenvironment, and ensures safety, comfort, and trust throughout theemergency visit.
