• $3,300 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical unit.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure the well-being of patients in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. #HC Duties Conduct thorough assessments of patients and maintain accurate medical records. Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Perform diagnostic evaluations and triage patients based on their medical needs. Provide care for patients requiring tube feeding and ventilatory support. Collaborate with physicians in internal medicine to develop and implement care plans. Assist in procedures such as dialysis and other critical interventions as needed. Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patient care. Skills Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology. Experience with electronic health record systems, particularly Cerner. Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and patient triage processes. Ability to perform tube feeding and manage ventilatory equipment effectively. Knowledge of internal medicine practices and procedures related to medical/surgical nursing. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in patient care documentation.
