MSK:

We are looking for a clinical nursewith experience in wound, ostomy, and continence care to join ourWound Ostomy Continence (WOC) Team. Our team delivers comprehensivecare by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatmentacross both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Role Overview:

Youwill provide specialized nursing care to hospitalized oncologypatients with complex wounds, perform detailed assessments, anddevelop treatment plans to optimize wound healing and patientoutcomes. You will also work as part of an interdisciplinary teamto provide education, support, and continuity of care throughoutthe various stages of treatment and follow-up. Implement thenursing process for medical and surgical patients requiringintensive monitoring and nursing interventions in our WOC Team.

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate continuityof care. Provide outstanding patient centered care to our patients.

Key Qualifications:

A minimum of 1.5 years of Clinical RNexperience in an acute care setting; Wound/Ostomy care experiencehighly preferred. Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Nursing(BSN) Current New York State RN License/Registration BCLSCertification WOCN preferred

Rotate betweenInpatient and satellites site in NYC (David. H Koch Center and 53rdStreet)

Shift:

Full-time, 10-hr day shift from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM,may need to work weekends if needed.

Pay Range:

$110,700.00-$177,100.00
