Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or PA in Multispecialty Group Practice Vantage Medical Associates 13124 Rockaway Blvd, South Ozone Park, NY 11420 Vantage Medical Associates is a rapidly growing multi-specialty group practice. We are looking to fill a position for a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner immediately in our Rockaway Blvd (South Ozone Park) office. You will be joining our highly experience team of physicians and nurse practitioners to provide care in an outpatient setting. Our brand new office is fully equipped and looking to bring on an energetic and knowledgeable physician. Vantage Medical Associates specializes in providing quality care in our community Your responsibilities would include, but not limited to the following: Examines, diagnoses and treats patients Ensures fulfillment of Vantage Medical Associates commitment for ensuring quality care Diagnoses and treats variety of diseases in general practice Examines patients, using medical instruments and equipment Collects, records and maintains accurate patient information Documents items such as: past medical, family, and social history, review of systems, examinations, medications, allergies, assessment and plan Orders or executes various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patient’s condition Analyzes reports and findings of tests and of examination, and diagnoses condition Administers or prescribes treatments Orders lab and imaging tests to determine and manage an immediate treatment plan Vaccinates patients to immunize patients from communicable diseases Advises patients concerning diet, hygiene, and methods for prevention of disease Consult with appropriate medical specialist when necessary; refer patient to subspecialists within network The successful candidate will have the following
Qualifications:
Degree conferred by an accredited college or university required New York State Licensure, Board Eligible and/or Certified and required Demonstrated clinical excellence

$150,000.00 – $225,000.00 per year
