Providing advice ⊃port to the Residents and their families Monitoring Residentsand administering medication and treatments Documenting Residentcare services by charting in Resident & dept. records ProtectingResidents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies ≺otocols Resolving Resident problems ≠eds by utilizingmultidisciplinary team strategies Assuring quality of care byadhering to Facility philosophies & standards of care MaintainingResident confidence by keeping information confidential
Requirements:
Must work well in a team environment Current New YorkState RN License Long-Term Care Experience Preferred Solid computerskills; working knowledge of MS Office Excellent communicationskills
