Day Shift Description:

Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab Association has a rewarding opportunity for a RN to join our Telehomecare team! In this role you will provide support, guidance, and education about patients’ health and the use of the monitoring devices, as well as share results with providers. Once fully trained this will be a hybrid remote position. Work Schedule is Full-Time Days, Monday – Friday. Typical daily schedule is 8am-4pm.

Requirements:

NYS RN Licensure Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in home care, medical provider office, or hospital required.

Additional requirements:

strong organizational and clinical skills. Ability to work self-directed, have excellent communication skills, and work as part of a team.

Pay Range:

$35.00 – $47.75 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
