Reporting to the Hospital Administration, the Nurse Director Home Health will oversee the daily operations of the hospitals home health agency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a community setting. Responsibilities include managing a team of healthcare professionals, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The Nurse Director Home Health will also be responsible for performance evaluations, staff training, maintaining department budgets and resources, and fostering a supportive work environment.
