Salary Range:

$68,640.00 – $70,699.20The Registered Professional Nurse assesses, coordinates, plans,directs, implements and manages the needs of assigned patientsthroughout the episode of care with a focus on progress towarddischarge, including during transitions within the acute care stay.

The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for the deliveryand coordination of patient care provided by the caregiving team.

S/he assures that competent, compassionate patient care isuniformly provided to customers including referring facilities,hospital staff and patients in the inpatient, ambulatory, andcommunity settings. The Registered Professional Nurse assesses,coordinates, plans, directs, implements and manages the needs ofassigned patients throughout the episode of care with a focus onprogress toward discharge, including during transitions within theacute care stay. The Registered Professional Nurse is responsiblefor the delivery and coordination of patient care provided by thecaregiving team.
