• Travelis required twice per week to our Queensbury Location.
• /n /n Thisposition is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retentionbonus /n /n

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre, intra and postprocedure care. /n
• Document verbal conversations with patientswhen appropriate. /n
• Document information into patient record inan accurate, legible and timely manner. /n
• Assess vital signs andthe reason for each patient visit. /n
• Triage patient phone calls:collect, analyze and create a well-documented plan of care for thepatient based on their presenting symptoms and expected healthcareoutcome. /n
• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based onoffice/provider requirements.

• Graduate of an approved diploma or degree program in nursing. /n
• Current NYS license as an RN. /n
• Current BLS and ACLScertification required. /n
• Angiography experience preferred, butnot required. /n
• Experience in pre, intra and post procedure careis preferred, but not required.
