Outpatient Travel RN (part of Trinity Health) 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 1735 Route 9, Halfmoon, NY 12065 RN II – Vein Center FLOAT | Capital Region | Per-diem Troy, Clifton Park & Albany Offices | Weekday, Office Hours 10% FLOAT Bonus on top of base pay Looking for an RN II role with flexibility and impact? Join St. Peter’s Health Partners’ busy Vascular Surgery Team as a float nurse, providing care across multiple offices in the Capital Region. This per-diem role is perfect if you thrive in varied settings and enjoy direct patient care around vascular procedures.
What You’ll Do:
Provide hands-on nursing care for patients undergoing vein procedures and follow-ups Take vitals, review medications, obtain consents, and document accurately in EMR Educate patients on medication, procedures, and home care Communicate with providers, complete referrals, and follow up on test results Maintain clean, safe environments and manage medical supplies Why Join Us? Requirements:
NYS RN license (active & unencumbered) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum 6 months RN experience Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
Pay Range:
