$76,396.32 – $126,730.61 Managesacute dialysis patient treatments on-core and off-core. Will havean on-call responsibilities. Ability to cross-train in pediatricdialysis outpatient unit. The Registered Professional Nurseassesses, coordinates, plans, directs, implements and manages theneeds of assigned patients throughout the episode of care with afocus on progress toward discharge, including during transitionswithin the acute care stay. The Registered Professional Nurse isresponsible for the delivery and coordination of patient careprovided by the caregiving team. S/he assures that competent,compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customersincluding referring facilities, hospital staff and patients in theinpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
