Salary Range:

$76,396.32 – $126,730.61 Theclinical Nurse contributes to the creation of a compassionate andcaring environment for patients, families and colleagues throughdisplays of kindness and active listening. Recognizes andappreciates that each employee’s work is valuable and contributesto the success of the Mission. Implements physician orders,administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments,procedures and special tests, and document treatment as required bycompany policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.

Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify andassess patients’ conditions. Assesses and evaluates patient needsfor, and responses to, care rendered. Applies sound nursingjudgment in patient care management decisions. Provides primary andemergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries andillnesses. Administers over-the-counter and prescriptionmedications as ordered. Collaborates with the nursing team tocreate a Plan of Care for all patients. Directs and guidesancillary personnel and maintain standards of professional nursing.

Will cross train to both High Risk Antepartum Unit (D6N) and Laborand Delivery (D6E). Will routinely be assigned to work on eitherunit (D6N/ D6E).
