$78,773.63 – $122,099.12 Positionwill focus on education of current staff and orientation of newstaff. The position includes auditing, and is part of theleadership team. Salary Range $71,547.00 – $118,053

EDUCATION

A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Must holdcurrent New York State Registered Nurse registration andcertification or eligible for licensure in New York State.

Demonstrated clinical competence and in depth knowledgein specialty area.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Creates a collegial andcollaborative environment among all members of the healthcare team.

Demonstrated effective leadership, teaching, research andcommunication skills.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

: Demonstratesresponsibility and accountability for decisions. Utilizesproblem-solving and decision making skills. Coaches and mentorsstaff. Researches and develops specialty specific practicestandards and communicates them to other staff in their area ofspecialty.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to identify problems collectsdata, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability toimprove job performance through continuing education.

PHYSICALDEMANDS
