Duties:
Provide direct patient care on our Vent Unit performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately. Assist with discharge planning and coordinate post-discharge care. Perform infection control procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment. Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing. Assist with sterile processing of medical equipment.

HOUR SHIFTS.
Experience:
Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience in infection control, sterile processing, and discharge planning is highly desirable.
