Days/Evenings/Monday to Friday Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nursing standards and practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care across various settings. This role requires expertise in physical examinations, discharge planning, and the ability to work effectively in both urgent care and critical care environments. The Registered Nurse will play a crucial role in patient assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. Perform nursing duties in various settings, including ICU, medical-surgical units, and urgent care facilities. Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving the healthcare facility. Provide critical care transport as needed, ensuring patient safety during transfers. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly. Educate patients and families on health management, including toddler care when applicable. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of care in emergency medicine situations.

Required qualifications:

RN License BLS Certification Registered Nurse;
