7 Days weekly: 8a-5p
Practice Setting:
Hospital
Type of cases: Cardiology and Emergency Room Consultations
Credentialing timeframe: 90 Days
Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC
Board Certified
Active New York License
COVID and Flu Vaccination is Required.
